It was fine. Both the HR and hiring manger were polite and not intimidating. Asked the standard questions and both sessions went on well. Each session lasted not more than 45 minutes, which to me, is ok.

I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter after a week. I went through 3 additional rounds over 3 months which included the hiring manager, team member, multiple HR partners, and an executive. Each person was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the company. The process was quite slow with several weeks or sometimes as long as a month in between rounds, however the recruiter was responsive when asked about timing (though the given timeline was often much longer than stated).
