Applied for the position on the company's website and about a week later I received a message from recruiting indicating they were interested in my experience. After speaking with a recruiter, I was told that the next step would be a more in-depth interview with the hiring manager. However, that never came. I had to chase the recruiter multiple times to figure out what was going on, why there was no communication, and eventually stopped receiving replies to my inquiry. Obviously this company cannot handle recruiting with courtesy and professionalism. If a candidate is no longer in contention for a position, you need to close the loop; it's just common decency. Needless to say, I don't recommend anyone apply to this company unless you want to be disrespected.
