I sent my application online and received an email just a few days later inviting me to have a video interview through Spark Hire. The interview included general questions about my skills and previous experience and a few more specific questions (e.g. motivation to join the company, suitability for the role, etc.). Questions are not difficult, but you have very limited time to give your answers and you can only answer each question once. I personally think that face-to-face meetings make candidates feel more at ease, thus offering them a better opportunity to present themselves and possibly have a stimulating exchange with the interviewer. However, the recruitment team were quick and professional in sending their feedback, as around 10 days later I got an email saying exactly which questions they expected me to answer differently. This was quite helpful and I did appreciate it.

Interview consisted of one interview with the recruiter, one interview with a senior manager and a presentation for the hiring manager. The Interviews themselves were good and I enjoyed the experience. But my experience following this of being told I'd have a response by the end of the week only to be ghosted by all contacts for 5 weeks was extremely disrespectful to me and my time. I then chased for the 5th time to say it was clear I wasn't successful because the role had been re-posted only to then finally receive to then be told they'd hired someone else. My experience with their recruitment team makes me feel like I dodged a bullet working for these people,
