Very good, very straightforward and simple. I liked it. I was gladly surprised that I had to interview with the hospital staff to see if I was a good fit. It also gave me an opportunity to meet my future bosses.

Since this position is remote, not near headquarters, the initial interview was a phone conversation with HR. Then, I was in a video conferencing interview with two people in more senior positions. After that, I met with the local client prior to receiving an offer.
