Easy, but 40 applicants for 15 positions. Asked about prior work history, had to build a tricycle with a partner, good team building experience. Enjoyed the time there. After shadowing operators for a 2 weeks, given the green light to work on our own.

Entretien
Phone interview then face to face. Very easy interview. It's mostly just the hiring personnel meeting you for a few minutes then judging you. They don't care if you are qualified or not. Aside from that the interview is really easy. If you dont get hired afterwards it's not because of your performance, it's just because they didn't like you or you didn't know anyone there.
