Contacted directly by the company's recruiter. The recruiter is actually the best one I have ever dealt with. I went through two interviews, one with the hiring manager and one technical with a bring home exercise. Mostly based on problem solving/data analysis/presentation skills

Initial video interview with a recruiter where they learned more about my background. This was followed by a casual video interview with hiring manager and team lead. They asked me questions like what I knew about the specific role, and questions pertaining to my technical abilities / past experience

Entretien
The calls and meetings were re-scheduled multiple times in the process, always claiming that the team was (always away) after going on null communication for days at the time, just to come to an end of not clear honest feedback on the results. I was told that they "Decided to proceed with other candidates" after the round of interviews just to then have the positions published again.
I never felt listened by the hiring rep, the lack of empathy from the company and the hiring team makes it concerning to even consider and offer if the same display of unprofessionalism and dishonesty is the day to day routine.
