Entretien
1) Phone Interview asking basic programming questions like OOP, async-await etc. (Answered all of them with confidence)
2) IQ Test
3) Silence for weeks
....
4) After few weeks got an email saying they enjoyed the phone interview but found a candidate that matches closely with the job requirement
But then question is, why did you reach out to me? You should have read the resume. And we also discussed that this is a junior role I am open to adapt the tech stack that the company is using. I assume that maybe they have hired internally.
OR at least give a chance to a candidate for the interview who looks promising.
