went through resume, ask some questions about my skills, awards.. they were very friendly during the interview. They also asked some technical questions beside my resume. For example, What kind of lab tests can you perform and explain one of them?

People are really nice, and explain really well what you'd do, responsabilities, time on the field and growth opportunities. You first apply then get a screening call and then an interview.
