the interview process included meeting with two of my superiors to mostly talk about "what if" scenarios that were relevant to the work I ended up doing after landing the job. The answers were pretty intuitive if you read the job description well and have much to do with how to incorporate involvement from the teachers and make sure it's a collaborative effort and not just a time to take over a class. They also responded well to having some big picture questions about the goals of the program after asking about how the job logistically works.
