I was recruited off of Craig's List via a staffing company. I had a phone interview with the recruiter less than a week after my response to a Craig's List ad. The recruiter was very helpful and asked basic questions (ie work experience, educational history, goals, time commitment, ect). Received an interview with the head of HR a week later and was offered the position the next day.
