I completed the initial application online, followed by a text message from the recruiter. She then emailed me a test to complete, once I passed she contacted me via phone for an phone interview. After that she contacted me for a face-to-face interview. This process was about 2 weeks

How will you handle a safety concern if it is towards the end of your shift? Do you stay to check it out and notify the supervisor or leave an have the next shift deal with the problem
The interview process is unfair, taking a test online is not the same as meeting a person face to face, some people like myself do not do well with test but our performance is excellent, I wish there was no testing for this company.
