I first introduced myself at a university career fair and handed off my resume then. They immediately began asking about project experience I had. That evening after the career fair they asked for me to come to an interview the following day on campus. The interview was heavily behavioral based but when answering with project experience they did ask to go more in depth on the details of my projects. Be fully ready to talk as much about projects as you can. They are heavily looking to see if you fit in their culture, I'd recommend looking up Marked Based Management and having some knowledge of that. They'll be impressed. They will through a lot of questions at you so be ready to spend most of a half an hour interview fully answering questions with little breaks.
I was then invited for an on site interview a few weeks later. At the end of the day of interviewing with another 4 people I was given the offer in person.

It was a typical interview the people were friendly but during the interview were very stone faced and showed no emotion. They asked a lot of situational questions and tried to gauge how you are as a person in different situations. It was by no means a hostile environment, but not a comfortable one.
