They give you a vague situation and judge your answers based on your behavior and outcome of that situation.. usually around six people in the interview and after one of them ask you a question they all start writing down stuff as you answer. So there is usually no one to make eye contact with and try to connect to and doesn’t give you the chance to show your personality.
