I received an email requesting a phone interview first (about a week or two after initially applying), then an in-person interview with two department heads about a week later.

Apply online then one phone interview and one in person interview. In person interview was with the entire marketing department (including current interns), minus the VP. It was a little intimidating to be interviewed by so many people (total of 4) but it helped to learn more about what each member does and how you would fit in to their day to day routine
