I was called about an interview and the man told me he'd email me the information that day. However, I didn't get an email for 2 days. When I interviewed, it was an in person interview with 4 people. They asked a few questions about my experience and briefly explained the duties. They mostly wanted to know about how my experience would be a good fit.

Georgetown has a habit of ghosting individuals, because which is very unprofessional. I had my phone screening and then the first zoom interview with some indivudals and then nothing. I reached out to the hiring manager weeks aoart to see if I could get an answer and nothing. No one should have to reach out to someone twice and still not receive an answer!

Initial phone screen, then in person with hiring manager and also with the full team. Overall process was fairly straightforward and the questions behavioral. It was an average interview process, nothing really stood out.

The team was well organized in sharing an agenda ahead of time. I met with a variety of audiences as well as shared a presentation. Everyone was very receptive to questions I asked and made me feel comfortable and welcomed.
