This interview process was simple. They have a place to submit your application online. I also knew someone teaching with them at the time so I was able to make a connection with the management before submitting my application. I then exchanged a few emails and was asked in for an interview. The interviewer was kind and creative with her questions. We talked about detail and salary and I heard back with an offer within a few days time.
