Entretien
First I was contacted by HR and they sent me formular with some coding knowledge questions which took me about 45 minutes to fulfill. Afterwards they invited me for 2h interview: 30 mins HR talk and 1,5 hours technical interview. Technical interview was very chill and easy, interviewer took a lot of time to answer all of my question and we went through coding example about dependency injection. Next step would be take home assignment and then 2h technical interview at their office but I didn’t get to this point because I was more interested in more devops heavy position

Entretien
First I had the HR interview for 30 minutes and then the technical interview for 90 minutes. It was a very friendly and interesting interview I had. Technical parts consisted of OOP, Testing, REST API, Compilation related questions

That was strange. I had the 1.Interview, i think it was ok, though i didn't know that they gonna ask some technical questions. And then.. well.. No one contacted me till now. I mean it's totally fine if i was not the right person for the position, you can turn every job rejection to your advantage and bounce back even stronger. But it's still necessarily to give feedback to unsuccessful candidates, honestly. Or at least tell if there are gonna be some further steps or no. I can't take seriosly such behaviour.
