Only had a phone interview. It went really well and I was told I was going to the next round, but was ghosted. Even had a referral from someone to work here, but that doesnt matter (they did this to another friend with a referral years ago, too). After being ghosted, the employee told me they treat all candidates this way but was hoping they had changed by now. So if you didnt get a call back, it's the department management. Not you. Lol
