There was a phone interview, and two face to face interviews with HR and who was currently writing the schedule. I had long conversations with each interviewer and got a better understanding of the position and what Gentle Dentistry had to offer.

Are you willing to pitch in, in all areas of the company? For example one time the cleaning crew didn't come in and we all had to clean the office before a big meeting, would you be ok with that?
