I had a phone interview and then went in and met the DOO of the local office. I then drove an hour to meet at a fast food restaurant the VP of Operations for an interview because my boss lived in SC.

Phone interview and three in person interviews one with manager and then one with office manager then finally with all three together. One week later I was sent for drug screen and then received an offer. Company was ok with me giving a two week notice to my employer.
