C’est sincèrement la première fois que je vis un entretien aussi peu respectueux. Pour commencer, les RH étant basées à Londres, la prise de rendez-vous s’est faite par téléphone et par e-mail, mais l’équipe de Paris a modifié la date de mon entretien à deux reprises. Une fois arrivé sur place, l’interlocuteur prévu a dû quitter l’entretien après seulement dix minutes, en raison d’une autre réunion. De plus, alors que j’étais déjà présent, un autre employé m’a accueilli, mais il semblait y avoir une certaine confusion, comme s’il existait déjà un candidat pressenti. J’ai eu l’impression qu’on me confondait avec un autre profil de candidat.

Applied for a job as a junior environmental graphic designer for 1-3 years experience. I had been working in a competing environmental graphic design firm in NYC for a year and my experience was an exact fit for my skills.(Can't get them all but really hoped to at least be interviewed for the first round given my experience). I reached out to an alumni of my old company who works at Gensler to get my materials to the design directors. They were my life line in this process. Interest was expressed by the design directors but unexpectedly I got a rejection email. Following up with my connection they were surprised as design directors had wanted to interview me. I then receive a partial apology, that the system glitched and rejected applicants prematurely and then offered the opportunity to interview with the recruiter. I schedule and book the interview with the recruiter and confirm the timeslot. Interview comes around and I never hear from them again despite following up. Completely Ghosted. Understandably I can't get an offer or interview from every place I apply but this rollercoaster over 2-3 weeks was unnecessary and unprofessional. Very disappointed.

During the pandemic I was invited for a remote interview. Did a video call, and followed up with no response. The company essentially ghosted me. This is unprofessional and reflects poorly upon everyone working there.
