Extensive but thorough. Know your work and be able to talk about it. Getting the interview took several weeks of emailing back and forth with an employee connection. I went through 3 different Interviews for an internship position.

I had one interview with two team members and was offered an internship shortly after. It was a great experience from start to finish. I especially enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere, collaborative culture, and creative energy of the Detroit office—it really affirmed my interest in working in a dynamic design environment.

Long, but overall well communicated and thorough. Generally a two month process from initial application to offer letter, with multiple interviews with gradually higher level of designers. They want to make sure the applicant is the right cultural fit within the team.
