Pretty much need to talk about couple projects out of my portfolio, and they ask basic question about those projects and have short conversation about basic information, then I asked questions about firms and they answered in detail.

I was reached out by one of the managers on LinkedIn, and then the HR via email. They asked me to have an interview for a position in Toronto office. The experience was not as professional as you'd expect. The interviewer did not turn on their camera during the interview which was surprising in the first place and put the other person in a very awkward situation. I'm not sure why they didn't schedule a phone conversation if they are hesitant to have cameras on. He then started asking very generic questions, in a very discomforting/ unfriendly manner. As if they are forced to just have a call for formality. Again, incredibly unprofessional for such a reputable firm. Long story short, the gentleman on the call mentioned that he will be sending me the next steps in an email. I sent a thank you/follow-up email the same day, but no responses! I followed up two weeks after, no response to any emails! These are all red flags which I've very happy I got to see very soon. I hope the hiring team starts to have more respect for people's time.
