The interview process didn't take long. I applied on a Wednesday night and heard back from them on a Friday evening. Interview was scheduled for that next Wednesday with two designers. Interview was like your standard interview. They asked all the basic questions. Was a little intimidating at times because you're interviewing for the top firm in the world.

The two interviewers are very knowledgeable and one of them asked some sharp questions like what do you think about sea level rising. Overall, great experiences and learned a lot

Recruited by in house HR consultant from a graduate show. Asked to come in for a first stage interview with one of the head designers in interiors department. Was booked in very early in the morning after the grad show and had to wait a very long time to be seen after the interview was scheduled for. the offices were very nice and staff seemed friendly so it wasn't too bad. Then met with 2 members of the team in a meeting room and became more of an informal chat interview as I don't think they were expecting to do it at the time. But they were very nice.
