Everyone was extremely nice. Asked about history and spent the majority of time discussing my portfolio and work experience. Also wanted to know what I knew about the company and where I saw myself going with Gensler.

The interview went smoothly overall, but the interviewer took long pauses before asking each question. Those pauses created several awkward moments of silence, making the conversation feel slower and less natural.

I had 1 interview with the design director and design manager. It was straightforward and they asked about my skills and experience. It did not seem as hard as I thought it would be.
