First interview after talking with a recruiter twice was in the office. 90min discussion including office tour. Met with two individuals of long tenure. Discussed career pathway and design process. Feedback was received the following day and second interview is now scheduled.

They asked to describe how my design thinking led to the project outcome that I shared in my portfolio.
Company recruiter reached out to me to start the process. I applied through email with resume and portfolio, and they matched with a team around where I lived. After that, I did several rounds of interviews on different levels.

Entretien
I didn't receive any interview details after sharing my availability as requested by the recruiter. Also, I applied for a position of Project Architect in North Carolina and was contacted for a Project Architect position in Atlanta, GA instead, I clarified my job number application and did not hear back from the recruiter at all.

I was requested to share my availability for a pre-screening process and didn't reply in less than 4 business hours, I was never contacted again.
