It was a 2 stages interview process, the first one with the recruiter, and the second one with the team lead and the people manager. It was very fast, they got back to me in a matter of 1 or 2 days after each stage.

The interview Process took about 3 weeks, I had an accountancy test and 2 interviews with an HR person and then with the Operations Manager for the client I was going to work for. In the first interview I had to wait about 1 hour for the HR person to come and interview me. I didn't negotiate the salary rather there are some levels that they have regarding your experience. Usually depends on how desperate they are. If they have a new client they are ready to offer from 1600 to 1800 RON.
