The Genpact interview wasn’t stressful at all. The atmosphere was friendly and professional. The questions were clear and focused on my background, communication skills, and how I approach problem-solving. It felt more like a conversation than a high-pressure test, which made it a comfortable experience overall.

Weird interview I ever had just asked my qualification and interview is done. No call back or update. It was too noisy on the interviewer side I doubt if she heard anything I said.

It was very lengthy and not useful . They were wasting so much of time in explaining everything and there were almost 300 to 400 people added. It looks they were just adding number of candidates. From morning to night you have to wait for the interview
