Average interview, for me there were two F2F with two Line managers, on the same day. Followed by an average english test. Once all clear, there is a make or break client round- everything else you did up to this point is immaterial , if the client said so!!!

Just past work experience hr decision only. If you have 8 years of relevant experience but still they look for b.com graduates. They won't consider relevant experience if you are not from B.com background. They ask us to wait for next opportunity.
