Initial Screening , Followed by Technical Discussion - with Basic Coding Questions , then followed by Techno Functional Discussion related Architecture , Design , Agile , Followed by HR discussion Round.
Based on the clients requirements the interview will be held, you should satisfy the client interview process not the Genpact internal interview. Its fully based on your role it will get decided how many rounds you need to attend to complete the process of interview.
