First round is HR round where they ask about education qualifications and then followed by Group discussion and then personal interview after that you came to know about selection whether you are selected Or not.
Walkin in interview you can go in genpact office and scan your profile and entered then hr call you for interview and ask some questions go though your resume and what's your expectations

it's 3 round interview and is very easy and polite. i have enjoyed it very much but pay is very low and they are just offering night shifts. so people comfortable with that can apply
