I went through three face to face interviews as part of the hiring process. 2 of those interviews were with functional heads & experts & the last one was with the business head. All the interviews happened over one week. Post the 3 interviews, I had a final meeting with the business HR Head to further explain the role & check for any concerns from my side. Post this meeting, there was a final meeting with the Hiring Manager for salary negotiation

One of the interviews with a functional expert was like 60 minutes of rapid fire, which covered everything from my education, family background, previous experience & several concept level questions relating to my area of expertise. It was a tough but a thorough interview & one of the best that I have ever faced in my career

There were four rounds (recruiter, hiring manager, peers, VP) - all virtual and about 10 days - two weeks apart. The interviewers were all located in different countries.
Didn't hear back from the recruiter within the stated two weeks after final interview.
After inquiring with the recruiter, I I was advised that they went with another candidate (there were a total of three finalists).
To my surprise, the vacancy was reposted within 30 days of apparently rejecting all three finalists - so the recruiter lied about another candidate being selected.
The company seems rather disjointed and unable to make good decisions. This might explain why the incumbent resigned.
2 operational round of Interview followed by HR round for describing the role and last round is salary negotiations
