Entretien
The company took 4 working days with my Interview. That is like 1 round/per day. I have to go there and sit for the whole day waiting for the results when a round is completed. However, it is my 1st Interview and Job. I have give my best and also you won't be aware of the work area they are gonna put you into. That will be a surprise. Judgement will be there's based on the rounds conducted by them.

They started with GD round, then an aptitude test following with a versant round and finally the Senior Management Interview round.
A question that will judge whether you should be hired or not is, "Are you ready to sign a 3 years bond?"

Entretien
The lobby time waiting was too long but the actual interview went well and was easy. The interviewer was friendly too, I overall had a good experience. They were quick to revert back too.
It was easy related to generice accouting queations and AP knowledge. Are you ok for night shift etc. Apart from it whether you can shift in noida. there will be night shift and you should be flexible for shifts.
