Couple of rounds with the Manager and VP of Spend Analytics. Interview process was very smooth. All the rounds were conducted as per the schedule (telephonic). How can an employee quit his current company and move out of his comfort zone for the same salary? HR does asks for current and expected salary in the preliminary rounds, but still the HR and Manager/VP tries to convince the interview candidate to accept the offer for same salary as the current company paying. HR shouldn’t schedule any further rounds of interview, if they cannot afford the candidate. It’s waste of time for the candidate as well as the interviewer.
