I was first approached by VP of Products and Solutions of Genpact. In a telephonic discussion with him, he asked me about my previous work experience and then gave me a problem that genpact want to solve and ask for various solutions. After that second round was with AVP of Products and Solutions. He asked me about my background, academic projects, work experience and since he is having ph.d in Machine Learning, we discussed on machine learning apporaches I used and he suggested some better alternatives for what I have used. Then finally I had an HR round and salary negotiation. Be prepare for salary negotiation. I cleared it and by the time offer letter came (it took almost a week), I joined another company which offers better salary.
