I interviewed at Genpact Gurgaon sector-135 in August 2018. I reached at the mentioned venue and on reaching got to know the venue has been changed and had to walk to their another building where there was a long queue on gate itself. There were two technical rounds. After first technical round feedback was positive and after second interview round they told that feedback will be shared after two days. I received call after two days that feedback is positive and one telephonic HR round will be there. That was also done and finally HR called me for CTC negotiation after one week.
After wasting so much time, they offered me just 15% hike on my current CTC. And said this is the maximum they can offer as this matches with their salary structure.
I had already shared my expected CTC in the beginning but then also they called me for interviews and offered too less. They even said that my current CTC is above their bracket.
They are just wasting time of candidates and behave as if they are in some vegetable market and do bargaining.
My interview experience with Genpact was very disappointing and felt like a complete waste of time. I successfully cleared both the internal and client interview rounds, submitted all required documents for offer processing, and even had a salary discussion where both parties aligned (my expectations were also clearly communicated prior to the process).
Despite my regular follow-ups, the only response I kept receiving was that the offer was “in progress.” After a week of waiting, I was suddenly informed that there was no budget for the role. This last-minute response was extremely unprofessional and frustrating, especially since I had declined another offer while waiting for Genpact’s.
Overall, the entire process lacked transparency and wasted valuable time.

Next day they schedule small round of coding. First asked about your self, then second what is your role in currect project.

Entretien
Genpact has a long interview process in which 2 technical rounds are there, then techno managerial round. Post that is the HR round. Even after all these rounds they kept me waiting for my offer letter for more than a month saying it will come anytime now. On my last working day at current office, they informed that they will not be able to release offer as the management is not approving. Kindly don't appear for this organization as the process here is completely f*€ked up and the HRs are absolute liar. They will show you big dreams before taking the interview and then at the end, wont give you any offer and then blame the management so that you are left in a helpless and hopeless situation.
