That was good enough they called me and schedule a interview as per their preferred timings. recruiter go through mt technical skills and their are a aptitude test also conducted by them.
Walkin in interview you can go in genpact office and scan your profile and entered then hr call you for interview and ask some questions go though your resume and what's your expectations

it's 3 round interview and is very easy and polite. i have enjoyed it very much but pay is very low and they are just offering night shifts. so people comfortable with that can apply
