Two to three rounds would be there depending on the role you are applying . profile screen, technical round and Hr round .
Application / Screening- Check basic eligibility, CV, experience relevant to process development / finance / operations etc. Recruiters might also check academic credentials etc.
HR Round Introductions, general questions about background, why you applied, your strengths/weaknesses, compensation, etc. Also communication skills are assessed.
Technical / Role Specific / Ops Round This is where they test subject knowledge relevant to process developer (accounting, financial processes, reconciliations, invoice processing, PTP / AP / RTR etc.), problem solving, sometimes Excel, sometimes case-scenarios.
