The first round was aptitude test after that there was round with hr where they did great pointer to improve which I should consider before applying for next job interview

They asked me what are my plans after 5 years from now?
I had applied here as a fresher. The company was good but expects you to have experience in java programming language. Since I was not knowing java then i was not selected for next round
