The first step was the Zoom interview, the guy who was mentioned in the email was not available at the time of the interview and one of his colleagues was there! It was clear that this guy is no experience at all and they have already chosen the candidate so talking with me is just a formality to say no as politely as possible without even seeing my skills!
I had a very cheap and low-quality interview with this company!

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Genius Sports (Londres, Angleterre) en mars 2019

Recruiter sent my CV to the company and a few days later a phone interview was scheduled. At the scheduled time my phone didn't ring.
After speaking with the recruiter, I was told the manager called and got no answer, so they've blamed me.
On the following day a new interview was scheduled and the same thing happened, no call at the schedule time. 10 minutes past the interview time, I was sending e-mails to both my recruiter and Genius Sports and in the following day I got a reply from the recruiter saying they found a issue in whatever app they use to schedule things in there. I got no apology from the company.
A day later I received another request for a interview, with only 3 or 4 hours notice but this time they actually called me. Again, not a single word about the missed interviews.
I was asked about my general experience, what are my responsibilities on my current job and then the interview moved on to be more technical. I was then asked about concepts of the C# language. I didn't do very well and at the end, the interviewer asked if I wanted to hear the feedback at that moment (not sure if this is the common practice or he only did it because I mentioned I had a feeling the interview was not going so well) and I said yes. He then said that based on the interview he considered me a weak developer (he used those exact words), even for a mid-level role and that he wouldn't consider me for future roles on the company. He was very polite, even when he was bashing me, but it didn't stop me from feeling like the whole process was very unprofessional and I would hate to work there even if I was up to that guy standards.
