Step 1: Few interview questions over email 2: Interview with two senior members - both really lovely and felt relaxed. Questions mainly about my experience. 3: Task to present in interview. Task was to create a range for a influencer. This was quite an in depth task that took me around 5 full days to complete. This is where the process took a disappointing turn. I was emailed very late the night before the interview to cancel because they had decided to offer the position to someone else . This was disappointing as I had spent a lot of time working on this task. I understand that sometimes a hire needs to take place quickly but communication is key and I believe this was a reflection on the company and their respect for me and my time. I believe this was a blessing in disguise as I have never encountered this before and it shows a lack of organisation and integrity.

Entretien
Applied on the website and was invited to an online interview. HR double booked so was only interviewed by one person.
Was fairly relaxed process.
A few days after I received an automated rejection email. And then received another one worded exactly the same a few weeks after that for a job I didn't apply for.. Quite odd.
