Three interview rounds (recruiter, hiring manager, peers) spanning 2 months. Interviews were conversation-based and succinct (~30 minutes per interview). There was some delay between rounds and a few gaps in communications.

Interviewers try and make the conversation very interactive, engaging and friendly. ( unlike my last interview with Amazon, where there was so much unnecessary pressure and stress induced during the interview, such a useless tactic) . Here they make sure you are in your best form during the interview process. But the candidate needs to brush up their core areas well and be specific and comfortable when they respond
