Interview process was quick and efficient. Recruiter called on Thursday and schedule the interview for the next day. Heard back within 2-3 business days. It was a panel style interview talking to different members of the marketing team from managerial to senior level. Whole process took about 2 hours.

Questions varied as it was a panel interview. Mostly about your skill set that can be attributed to the marketing team (i.e. writing/editing skills, research skills, etc).
There were significant delays in the recruitment process. I was told that I would receive a response within three days, but I ended up waiting more than two weeks and sending several follow-up emails before finally receiving a reply after 15 days. This is not an acceptable way to treat candidates.

The interview process at Genesys was smooth, transparent, and respectful throughout. Easy interview process for the most part, everything done over zoom. People seemed very nice. Not to many interviews, some places really will make you jump through hoops. Company culture was impressive and the benefits were nice as well. Was a complete remote role/
