Recently, had a phone screening for the Business Operations Manager role at Genesys. Although it didn't get to a formal interview with the hiring manager, I'd like to say the overall experience with the Recruiter was excellent. She responded to my emails promptly during the entire process and sent out a very well thought out email to me when I didn't move to the next step, Very personable and much better then the automated emails from other organizations. I thanked her for the time and effort she put into it. Overall, great experience.

Data driven challenge + 7 interviews + team meeting The process was accelerated due to competitive offers. Overall, very pleasant process. The meetings were 2 way-avenues in which I felt at ease asking all the questions I wanted to assess how it was like to work at Genesys. And this is overall what convinced me to go there. I still see the red box signaling that I have not yet filled my 50 words and that sucks
