The interview process was rather grueling but worth it. The first interview was over the phone with a recruiter to get a feel for my personality and experience. The second interview was a basic technical interview that lasted around 30 mins. This involved basic IT/troubleshooting questions. The last interview is in person and the most stressful. It is an extensive technical interview followed by a culture interview. This last at least 2 hours. This was followed by an offer a few days later and then an extensive background check.
