Applied online, Lead Talent Acquisition Partner contacted me and we had a short phone interview and she emailed more information on company, benefits, etc. Had second interview with hiring manager and it went generally well. Reached out and haven't heard anything back over 5 weeks later. Don't have multiple interviews with a potential employee and then ghost them. Rude and a waste of people's time.
