Info session at first, then we have to do an aptitude test (score is on a scale of 29, must be 18 an above to be qualified for the position in any locations, 21 and above to be qualified for NY location). After that is a 30minutes Behavior Style Interview. Finally, a group interview to check your team-work skills.

Multiple phases 1. Application 2. Information session 3.Aptitude test which is Logic/Reason and then Behavioral. 4. Personal Interview 5. Coding sprint in HTML 6. Group Interview 6. Offer Overall the process is smooth, and geared towards those with little coding experience. Difficulty depends on the way in which your brain functions (Math/Logic brains will have it easier, Creative brains might have some difficulty).
