The interview process was pretty simple. I applied online with my resume and recieved an email from HR for a phone interview. The interview went so well I was contacted the same day to move forward with a face to face. That interview went well also and was very laid back. I received an offer about a week later.

I have been on both sides of the table as both an interviewer and interviewee within Genesis. All interviews follow a standardized process, including an initial meet-and-greet, review of the role and expectations, and providing the candidate an opportunity to ask questions and discuss their experience and qualifications.

I received a call from a recruiter who then set up an appt for me to meet with the administrator. The interview was very laid back and easy going. Like chatting with a new friend.

It was smooth for the most part. The were very transparent about what they were looking for and what the position expectations are. They were very welcoming even with the pandemic going on, they wanted to make sure I had a decent amount of information about what the company was about.
