Head hunter conducted the initial telephone interview. the hiring manager conducted the second. the in person panel interview lasted about 2 hours. The panel consisted of the hiring VP, 4 peer directors and one external consultant.

Called for phone interview one week after submitting resume. Interviewed for one hour with senior human resources employee, only to have him tell me that they actually filled the position earlier in the month but wanted to keep their options open!
