Hiring process was extremely frustrating. I initially interviewed for a large nursing home Program Manager position...spent 1 hour on phone with Area Director, drove 90' for onsite interview and spent over 3 hours there interviewing some more and meeting with Nursing home administrator. They knew my background and experience from my resume but still after all those hours decided i didn't have enough management experience. Onto interivew 2 where I was a perfect fit for a different facility. Hit it off exceptionally well with Prog.Mgr and Nursing home administrator interviewing me. Long story short i got sold out by an internal candidate. Third time's a charm?? I decided to, yet again, give it another go due to their great benefits, of which included 3 weeks and 8 personal days up front from day1 for managers and higher. Nice. Interviewed with PM long story short, got the job this time (and i even met the internal candidate who beat me out - he's leaving and going where I wanted to go!)
